Chakra Who?  ExploringYour Energy Centres– Wednesday, June 19, 2019 – 7 – 9 pm - $50

Chakras are your energy centres or spiritual batteries that run along your spine and through the neck and crown of your head.  When they are all running at their optimum, we feel great but they can get out of balance and need to be tuned up.  We will learn what each of the 7 core chakras are and what they do for us.  We'll discuss how you'll know they need a tune up and what to do to clear and realign them.
